All or nothing?

An all or nothing attitude can work for and against you.

When you’re ALL- it’s quite fantastic to be totally committed and invested on all fronts.

When you’re NOTHING- it may have been the smallest wobble that bumped you off the track, which is not really great at all.

So maybe it ought to be All or Something?

10 Days down? Of 100? That’s already to 10%! This 100 days will go by faster than I originally thought.

It’s somehow surprisingly difficult and yet surprisingly easy to think of a new clothing article every day. I enjoy looking for inspiration in the things I come across during the day. As well as trying to think about what I would want for myself out of a piece of clothing.

Took a newbie trail running. Chose trails accordingly.

Road runners/triathletes are startled to find how different, how fun and how challenging trail running is. “It makes me feel like I’m a kid again,” she says.

“EXACTLY!”

I’m startled to find how much my footwork has improved- and how much footwork matters. We take the less technical route today.
